The helmet design was influenced by reading too many Jack Kirby comics (especially his Fourth World titles) and watching old Flash Gordon Serials starring Buster Crabbe.

I’m not exactly sure what this anthropomorphic cat could be, possibly a spy, a gangster of a feline version of one of the Blues Brothers.
