Dave has illustrated two large work books written by Vigdis Melå, a series of eight story books written by Philip Newth, a teacher's guide and resource pack, and the covers to two CDs of songs, storys and rhymes. The series editor was Toril Lindberg.
Following the success of the Norwegian edition, a Danish edition has been published by Alinea and a Swedish edition by Natur & Kultur
